Ready, Set, Bread 5K
The Grand River Area Family YMCA presents the Ready, Set, Bread 5K!

Pre-Registration Cost: Individual (Age 14+) - $30
Youth (Age 3-13) - $15
Children Ages 2 and Under are FREE
Open Registration: June 20 – Race Day (Shirts will be provided upon availability.)

Children Ages 2 and Under are FREE

Martial Arts - Classes run with the regular program/fitness schedule.
This freestyle karate class focuses on forms, self-defense, discipline, technique, and applications. Classes are beginner friendly, no experience required! Professional level instruction by Josh Vance. Classes are available for adults and children age 4 and up. Visit our Martial Arts page for class times and pricing information.
Golf Simulator
Call today to set up your tee time in the Y's golf simulator. We'll take you through a short orientation, and you'll be ready to swing. With its second-to-none features and its state-of-the-art technology, you'll feel like you are on the green, but without the rain or snow. The simulator is located upstairs in our cardio and free weight area.
The cost for members is $1.00 per hour for members or $4.00 per hour for program participants. There is no cost for the 15-minute orientation.
Batting Cage
The YMCA's Batting Cage, Pitching Machine, and Pitching Fence is located in the North Gym and can be rented with a 24-hour advance registration. The cost is $25/hour. The Batting Cage may only be rented by YMCA members. Please contact the Welcome Center for rental information and agreements.
Men's Open Basketball
Join us for a game of hoops every Tuesday evenings from 5:00-8:00 pm. There is no cost for facility members. Others may buy a daily pass for just $10. All players must be at least 18 year of age.
