Your Y membership gives you access to a wide variety of discounted cardio, strength and flexibility classes including Group Power, Pilates, and Cycle. Classes are limited. Fitness Center
The YMCA Fitness Center offers a wide variety of cardio and weight training equipment, such as treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, free weights, pin-select strength machines, and more. If you're new to working out or just need a quick refresher, our trained Fitness Center staff can give you a guided tour of the cardio and weight rooms, show you how to operate various pieces of equipment, and explain what you need to know to feel comfortable using the Fitness Center. For more focused support, personal training options are also available.
The Fitness Center and track area are open during regular YMCA hours, with 24-hour access available to members with a valid 24/7 membership. For the safety of all our members, only individuals age 14 and older may utilize the Fitness Center. Youth ages 12 and 13, however, can attend a Youth Orientation with a parent and, once completed, may work out alongside that parent. Children may also walk on the track with a parent from 7–8 pm each evening. Ask for more details at the Welcome Center.
Fitness Class Prices
Our fitness classes run continuously throughout the year.
Fitness Card - $50 Members / $100 Program Participants
Your Fitness Card allows you to attend 24 fitness classes (30-60 minutes) without the limitations of the scheduled sessions. Cards will expire after 6 months. Do you want to attend classes every day? Ask our Welcome Center about special pricing when you buy 2 cards at one time.
Fitness Cards are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Silver Sneakers
Join us every weekday for a great low-impact workout. Silver Sneakers is free for our Members. Program Participants can enjoy the benefits with our new Silver Fitness Punch Card. When you purchase a Silver Fitness Punch Card for $30, you’ll be able to attend any 24 classes without the limitations of scheduled sessions.
Cards expire 6 months from the purchase date and are valid only for Silver Sneakers only and Chair Yoga.
