Adult Swim Lessons (18 and Older)
It’s never too late to learn how to swim! Whether you started learning to swim as a child, but never quite mastered it, or are simply afraid of the water, we’re here to help you learn to swim confidently, in a supportive environment.
Our water exercise classes are a fun way to use the resistance and buoyancy of water to condition your muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. By employing strengthening exercises and stretching techniques, these water aerobics and fitness classes help to increase your body’s tone and range of motion.
Water fitness is perfect if you’re looking for an enjoyable, low impact workout. If you’re looking to challenge yourself without putting stress on your joints or just like being in the water, you’ll enjoy our selection of water exercise classes. Our certified instructor enthusiastically leads small groups through water aerobics, core strength training movements and much more.

Advanced Aqua Aerobics
Total body workout with dumbbells, resistance tubing, and more. Come join this fun, high-energy workout!
Intended to promote a general sense of well-being, this low intensity, low impact class is designed to improve strength and flexibility.
Join us for some friendly, co-ed competition! This program is FREE for members. Program participants can join the fun when they purchase a day pass for just $10.
To join an aqua aerobics class, simply purchase a water aerobics card from the Welcome Center. Aerobic cards are good for 24 classes and cost just $36 for members or $72 for program participants.
Drop-ins for all Aquatics Classes are $7 for Members and $10 for Program Participants.
